Is the heart a Mandala?
As the source of feelings the Sacred Heart is one of the most important symbols of chirstianity.
Perhaps we could imagine it as the innermost center of the divine soul… And then breath and meditate about this image.
Mine, for instance, dont have a cross, but a star in the middle.
